1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with GORENOVARE Talent Solutions ("GORENOVARE"), a unit of Global Tech eDistribution, whether as a client, candidate, or website visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Services Offered
GORENOVARE provides talent acquisition and recruitment consultancy services including, but not limited to, permanent staffing, executive search, bulk hiring, and talent advisory. Our services are rendered on the basis of mandates received from client organisations.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete job descriptions, requirements, and hiring criteria
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate profiles shared by GORENOVARE
- Not engage, directly or indirectly, with candidates introduced by GORENOVARE without settling applicable fees
- Provide timely interview feedback to enable effective candidate management
- Honour agreed service fees as per the signed agreement or proposal
4. Fees and Payment
Recruitment fees are governed by individual client agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate's annual cost-to-company (CTC)
- Invoices are raised upon confirmation of joining date
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month
- All fees are exclusive of applicable GST
5. Replacement Guarantee
GORENOVARE offers a replacement guarantee for candidates who leave or are terminated within the agreed warranty period (typically 60–90 days from date of joining). The replacement guarantee is void if the candidate's exit is due to client-side reasons such as role elimination, organisational restructuring, or failure to fulfil offer terms.
6. Candidate Ownership
Candidates introduced by GORENOVARE remain our candidates for a period of 12 months from the date of first introduction. Any hiring of such candidates by the client during this period, whether through direct contact or via another agency, will attract full placement fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
GORENOVARE acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee candidate performance post-joining. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the hiring relationship.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
9. Amendments
GORENOVARE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Overview
GORENOVARE Talent Solutions is committed to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may be eligible for a fee credit or refund in connection with our recruitment services.
2. Replacement vs. Refund
Our standard commitment is a free replacement — not a monetary refund — in the event that a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within the warranty period. This approach ensures continuity of your hiring process without financial disruption.
3. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 60 days from the candidate's date of joining, unless a different period is specified in the signed client agreement. During this period, if the candidate exits employment for reasons attributable to skill mismatch or personal reasons, GORENOVARE will initiate a replacement search at no additional fee.
4. Conditions Where Replacement / Refund Does Not Apply
- The candidate's exit is due to client-side actions (e.g. termination without cause, role change, salary reduction, hostile work environment)
- The client has not provided timely joining confirmation or has delayed the onboarding process
- The client has modified the offered role, CTC, or location post-offer without mutual agreement
- The warranty period has expired
- Payment of placement fees has not been received by GORENOVARE
5. Monetary Refund Eligibility
A pro-rata monetary refund or credit note may be considered, at GORENOVARE's sole discretion, in exceptional circumstances where:
- No suitable replacement candidate can be identified within 45 days of initiating a replacement search
- The original placement is found to have involved a material misrepresentation by GORENOVARE
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gorenovare.in within 7 days of the candidate's last working day.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 15–30 business days of written confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the same mode of payment as the original transaction or as a credit note adjustable against future services.
7. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be addressed through mutual discussion. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with New Delhi as the seat of arbitration.

At GORENOVARE Talent Solutions, candidates are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to treating every job seeker with professionalism, respect, and transparency. Our services to candidates are always completely free of charge — we are compensated by our client organisations, never by candidates.
2. Candidate Registration
By registering with GORENOVARE or submitting your profile, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your resume, experience, and qualifications
- Inform us promptly of any changes to your employment status, contact details, or job preferences
- Notify us immediately if you accept an offer through another channel while we are actively representing you
3. Confidentiality
Your profile will never be shared with any client organisation without your explicit prior consent. We will always inform you of the company name and role before any submission is made. You have the right to withdraw your candidature from any process at any time.
4. Communication Standards
Our talent advisors will:
- Provide honest and realistic assessments of your candidature for specific roles
- Give you timely feedback after interviews wherever permitted by clients
- Keep you informed of the status of active applications
- Respect your preferred mode and frequency of communication
5. Interview Preparation
GORENOVARE will provide relevant briefing material, role context, and interview guidance before any scheduled interview. We encourage candidates to be punctual, professional, and honest during all interactions with client organisations.
6. Offer and Joining
Once an offer is accepted, we request that candidates:
- Honour the commitment and join on the agreed date
- Serve notice period as per their current employment contract
- Communicate any concerns about the offer to us immediately rather than dropping out without notice
Last-minute dropouts damage professional reputations and affect future placement opportunities. We take this seriously and may choose not to represent candidates who engage in such behaviour.
7. Non-Discrimination
GORENOVARE is an equal opportunity recruitment firm. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, religion, caste, disability, or any other protected characteristic. All placement decisions are made solely on the basis of merit, skill, and fit.
8. Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint about how you have been treated during the recruitment process, please write to info@gorenovare.in. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 7 working days.
